Step Four - Marketing your home

From day one to completion you will have a dedicated sales negotiator providing continual contact with marketing updates as well as helpful tips to maximise your homes saleability. We provide a professional service of fully accompanied viewings to ease stress and encourage honest feedback from prospective buyers.

Step Five - Receiving and agreeing an offer

Once an offer has been received, your personal negotiator will check the buyers credentials and offer any advice required on your next move. Once you're happy to accept an offer we can provide impartial advice in recommending a solicitor.

Step Six - Sales progression and exchanging contracts

During the progression of your sale, searches and surveys may be carried out by the purchaser's solicitor in order to allow for a mortgage to be issued. Step Seven - Completion
